In the near future we will also be offering reality tours, Fair Trade travel opportunities, and custom tours for those that wish to be travelers rather than tourists. Photo 1 is the view from the top of Mt. Sinai, Egypt (what a hike that was!) and was taken during my most recent trip this past January/February 2009 when I spent a month traveling around Israel, Egypt, and Jordan. The second photo is of the Dead Sea in Israel and the third photo is from Petra in Jordan. Beyond the first week I traveled these countries alone, had an amazing time, met some fascinating people and heard some great stories from the places I ended up. For those of you that are wondering - I felt perfectly safe and was treated better than I expected considering I was a lone female in the Middle East. I hope to go back and take a few of you with me to show you the places and people that you don't get to see or meet on the usual packaged tours.
